Tablet weaving sets and other goods offered on yrmegard.net website are sold by Kasetriibik OÜ, registry code 14159081.
To order basic sets for tablet weaving or tablets for weaving, you have to send a message through the contact form on the shop page, with the following information provided:
your name;
your contact details (e-mail, phone number);
desired goods (tick the boxes in the respective list in the form);
the number of sets and the amount of tablets you wish to order;
delivery address and preferred method of delivery (see below).
To order a bespoke tablet weaving set, please send a message through the same contact form on the shop page, with the following information provided:
your name;
your contact details (e-mail, phone number);
link to the pattern you wish the set to be based on;
other relevant information about the desired set, including colors and materials;
desired number of sets;
delivery address and preferred method of delivery (see below).
Within 3 days of receiving your message, we will send an invoice (in the case of basic sets or tablets) or a price quote (in the case of a special order) by e-mail, either including the price of the goods ordered and the price of the selected delivery service.
In the case of a standard order, the invoice payment deadline is 7 days. If the invoice is not paid within this time, the order will be cancelled.
In the case of a special order, the deadline for confirming the price quote is 7 days. If the quote is not confirmed within this time, the order will be cancelled.
After your confirmation of the price quote, we will send an invoice with a payment deadline of 7 days.
Upon payment of the invoice, the basic weaving sets will be sent out within 3 days.
When ordering 6 or more basic sets, the delivery time may be longer. In this case, the delivery time will indicated on the invoice.
The delivery time of special orders is indicated separately in the price quote.
By confirming the price quote, you also confirm your agreement with the proposed delivery time.
When submitting an order, it is customer’s responsibility to provide correct contact information. Kasetriibik OÜ is not responsible for the order not being fulfilled as a result of incorrect information provided by the customer, nor for any possible consequences of order not being fulfilled.
For delivery within Estonia, you can choose from the following options:
Itella SmartPost parcel machine;
Omniva parcel machine;
DPD parcel machine;
mail parcel with notice of delivery.
If you want an order to be delivered to another country, please indicate this while placing the order and we will reply with options for delivery and respective costs.
Our orders cannot be delivered to Russia or Belarus at this time.
The customer has the right to cancel the order.
In order to cancel the order before the goods are shipped, the customer has to inform the seller of the cancellation as soon as possible using the same e-mail address from which the order invoice was sent. The cancellation notice must include the number of the respective invoice as well as customer’s contact information (name, contact phone number, date the order was submitted). Money will be returned to the customer (to the same bank account from which the original payment was made) no later than 14 days after receiving order cancellation notice.
To cancel the order after the goods have been shipped, the customer has to inform the seller of the cancellation as soon as possible using the same e-mail address from which the order invoice was sent. The cancellation notice must include customer’s name, contact details and order/invoice number. The goods have to be returned to the seller no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods by the customer. The goods have to be in their original packaging, must not be damaged in any way, the sets must be complete and unused. The customer is to cover the costs related to initial shipping and returning the goods. The cost of the order without shipping fee will be returned to the customer no later than 14 days after the returned order will be received by the seller.
Kasetriibik OÜ has the right to change the price of the goods and these terms and conditions at any time.
Processing of personal data:
The customer gives Kasetriibik OÜ clear and informed consent to the processing of his personal data upon placing an order on this page.
The customer’s personal data as provided when placing an order is used to provide sales services and to send a weaving newsletter (if consent indicated when placing an order) no more than once a month.
The source of personal data is the seller-customer relationship created by placed order.
When placing an order, personal data required consists of name, surname, address (with at least country and city accuracy for orders shipped to parcel machines, otherwise full address: country, city, postal code, street, house number, apartment number), as well as e-mail address, telephone number, preferred delivery method, preferred payment option, note of acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The customer’s personal data required for delivery of the order is provided to shipping company according to delivery option chosen by the customer.
Protection of personal data of every customer is ensured by all security measures as required by law.
The seller is not sharing customers’ personal data with third parties.
However, Kasetriibik OÜ reserves the right to transfer personal data concerning the customer to entities and persons who have legal right to receive and process data, and who process data to fulfill their duty prescribed by law.
The customer has the right to check their personal data stored by the seller, also to change data or to request deletion.
The customer is obligated to read through and agree to these terms and conditions before placing an order.
By ticking the box next to “I have read terms and condition and agree to them” when placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions, understand them, and agree to them.
