Return and exchange

Products purchased from the Yrmegard’s shop, including woven bands and tablet weaving sets, can be returned or exchanged. Returned or exchanged products must be unused and complete, meaning that:

    • Woven bands must be unworn and undamaged;
    • All fastenings and decorative details must remain intact and in their original state (e.g., bands with removed or reattached buttons or buckles cannot be returned or exchanged);
    • The product label with product details must still be attached;
    • Tablet weaving sets must be completely unused, meaning that weaving must not have been started;
    • The set must contain all original parts, including wooden rings and attached ribbons, fastenings, weft thread, and instructions.

To return or exchange a product, the buyer must notify Kasetriibik OÜ by replying to the order confirmation email. In the case of an exchange, the buyer must specify the product they wish to receive in exchange. The returned or exchanged product must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods, provided they are unused and complete. If the returned product is used or damaged, a refund will not be issued. For exchanges, the returned product will be inspected upon arrival. If the item is unused and complete, the buyer will receive a confirmation of receipt, along with information on whether an additional payment is required (for a more expensive item) or whether a partial refund will be issued (for a less expensive item). Once the buyer confirms the exchange and, if necessary, pays any price difference, the new product will be dispatched. If the returned product is used or damaged, it will not be exchanged and a refund will not be issued.
