The delivery fee is added to the total price of the ordered products and depends on the shipping address. The delivery fee is calculated during checkout and will be shown to the customer after the destination address has been entered.
In Estonia, orders are delivered via SmartPost and Omniva parcel lockers:

For EU countries, orders are delivered by Omniva based on the shipping option selected by the customer:

We do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
Items in stock are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days, and customers will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Within Estonia, parcels usually arrive at the selected destination within 3–7 working days.
During checkout, customers are required to provide accurate contact details. Kasetriibik OÜ is not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered orders, or any consequences thereof, resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
For backordered items, the production time depends on the specific product and is indicated in the product description. If your order includes a backorder item, the entire order will be shipped only once the item is ready. If you’d prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for available and backorder products.
