The seller of goods in the Yrmegard’s Workshop online shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) is Kasetriibik OÜ, company registration number 14159081. The store is based in and sends products from Estonia.
By purchasing goods from the Online Store, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Each product in the Online Store is accompanied by information regarding its function and dimensions, as well as the materials used in its manufacture. Additional details, such as size guides, care instructions, sources used, and other relevant information, are provided where necessary.
The prices of products are stated in euros. The prices of products with selectable attributes or add-ons may vary depending on the chosen options.
In addition to the product price, a delivery fee is charged for order fulfilment, which depends on the buyer’s selected delivery address and delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer on the order summary page.
It is possible, but not mandatory, to create an account in the Yrmegard Workshop Online Store when placing an order.
The buyer selects the desired products and adds them to the shopping cart, specifying the desired quantity and, where applicable, any selectable attributes or add-ons. The buyer can review and modify their order in the shopping cart. To finalise the order, all required fields must be completed, and a preferred delivery method must be selected. The buyer is then presented with the final amount payable for the order.
Secure payment solutions for the Yrmegard Online Store are provided by WooPayments and Stripe.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact details when placing an order. Kasetriibik OÜ is not liable for non-fulfilment of an order or any consequences arising therefrom if the cause is incorrect information provided by the buyer.
Order Delivery
Orders can be delivered within Estonia using the following services:
SmartPosti parcel locker;
Omniva parcel locker.
Orders to other EU countries are shipped via Omniva postal services.
If you wish for your order to be delivered to a country outside the EU, please contact us at pood@yrmegard.net.
Shipping to Russia and Belarus is not available.
Products in stock are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days. A confirmation email is sent to the buyer upon dispatch. Domestic shipments within Estonia typically arrive at the designated destination within 3-7 working days.
For items on back-order, the production time varies depending on the product type and is indicated in the product description. If an order includes back-order items, the entire order will be shipped only when the back-ordered product is ready. If the buyer wishes to receive in-stock items immediately, it is recommended to place separate orders for in-stock and back-order items.
Order Cancellation
The buyer has the right to cancel the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Before dispatch: To cancel an order before the goods have been shipped, the buyer must notify Kasetriibik OÜ as soon as possible by replying to the order confirmation email or by logging into their account in the Online Store and cancelling the order in the order list. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of cancellation.
After dispatch: To cancel an order after the goods have been shipped, the buyer must notify Kasetriibik OÜ as soon as possible by replying to the order confirmation email. The ordered goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for covering the costs of shipping and returning the goods. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days after Kasetriibik OÜ has received the returned goods.
Product Returns and Exchanges
Products purchased from the Yrmegard Workshop Online Store, including woven bands and tablet weaving sets, can be returned or exchanged.
Returned or exchanged products must be unused and complete, meaning that:
Woven bands must be unworn and undamaged;
All fastenings and decorative details must remain intact and in their original state (e.g., bands with removed or reattached buttons or buckles cannot be returned or exchanged);
The product label with product details must still be attached;
Tablet weaving sets must be completely unused, meaning that weaving must not have been started;
The set must contain all original parts, including wooden rings and attached ribbons, fastenings, weft thread, and instructions.
To return or exchange a product, the buyer must notify Kasetriibik OÜ by replying to the order confirmation email. In the case of an exchange, the buyer must specify the product they wish to receive in exchange.
The returned or exchanged product must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods, provided they are unused and complete. If the returned product is used or damaged, a refund will not be issued.
For exchanges, the returned product will be inspected upon arrival. If the item is unused and complete, the buyer will receive a confirmation of receipt, along with information on whether an additional payment is required (for a more expensive item) or whether a partial refund will be issued (for a less expensive item). Once the buyer confirms the exchange and, if necessary, pays any price difference, the new product will be dispatched. If the returned product is used or damaged, it will not be exchanged and a refund will not be issued.
General Terms
Kasetriibik OÜ reserves the right to change product prices and the terms and conditions at any time.
Kasetriibik OÜ is not responsible for damages resulting from the improper or unsuitable use of products.
Important Notice: The products sold in the Yrmegard’s Workshop Online Store, including woven bands, weaving sets, and tools, are not intended for independent use by small children, as they contain small parts (e.g., buttons and fasteners).
Data Protection
The buyer gives Kasetriibik OÜ explicit and informed consent to the processing of their personal data.
The personal data provided when placing an order is used for the fulfilment of sales services and for sending thematic newsletters (not more than once per month).
The source of personal data is the establishment of a customer relationship when an order is placed.
Required personal data includes the buyer’s first name, surname, address, email address, phone number, preferred delivery method, preferred payment method, and acceptance of the terms and conditions.
For delivery purposes, the buyer’s personal data will be shared with the selected delivery service provider.
All legally required security measures are taken to protect personal data.
The service provider undertakes not to disclose stored personal data to third parties.
Kasetriibik OÜ reserves the right to share personal data with legally entitled parties who process data for the fulfilment of legal obligations or for the protection of the life, health, or freedom of the buyer or another person.
The buyer has the right to review, amend, or request the deletion of their stored personal data.
The buyer is required to read these terms and conditions before placing an order.
By ticking the box next to the statement “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions” when placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
