In this particular case, pairs of tablets are shifted half a turn in relation to neighbouring pairs. By turning the tablets in cycles of two turns (2 forward, 2 back) the threading will produce warpwise stripes that will be of different colour on the opposite sides of the band (while the usual <a href=\"https:\/\/yrmegard.net\/treasury\/en\/patterns\/tw-basic-pattern-01-warpwise-stripes\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3978\">warpwise stripes<\/a> will be of the same colour on each side of the band).
